DG45FC HDMI no signal to LCD TV

The Intel G45 graphic chipset has issue with no signal to LCD TV after bootup.
(The screen is showing up to the Window's loading splash screen.)

Root cause unknown but should be a driver issue.

The solution/workaround:
- Install latest driver (Doesn't really matter)
- Enable HDMI HD Audio (in bios, and in system device) (!!! IMPORTANT)
- Can choose the IDT Audio to be default audio device after that.

The signal should then stay with resolution 1360x768.

Update 20-Oct-2009:
It doesn't work. Continue troubleshooting.
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022544.htm#cannot_select_larger_mode

It appears to have to do with the "default_monitor". Whenever the problem appear, the system device shows 1 default_monitor and 2 PnP monitors. If it works, it shows 3 PnP monitor.

should it has dual-monitor config?
can I hack the EDID of the default_monitor?

Update 25-Oct-2009:
Had been looking at the wrong side. Not exactly a monitor driver issue.
Very common issue with Intel GMA. Following this idea to get the DTD hack.
http://wiki.eeeuser.com/windows:addresolutions

It basically update the DTD line in the GFX enum registry with supported mode of the monitor.
(3 DTD written for this case)

Update 01-Nov-2009:
Additional to the above:
- Use MonInfo to create the .inf from the realtime monitor (that's the LCD TV). Install it as driver to DEFAULT MONITOR, PLUGnPLAY MONITOR (May not matter but install anyway)
